What to notice

It tells you how deep the claim goes.

The Cayman government licence register lists 598 licensed properties. This registry matches 56 of them to a specific rental, and marks another 201 as sitting in a building that has licensed units — a real but weaker fact, kept in its own field so it can never be read as the stronger one. Most rental condo units on Grand Cayman are not individually in the public register at all. A listing platform will never tell you that; this one says it out loud.

What it won't answer. Calendar availability was last collected in May 2026 and price history is empty — so this registry declines availability and price-change questions rather than guessing at them. Rates shown are the lowest advertised nightly figure from a source page, not a quote for your dates.

Turks & Caicos

One island, taken further.

Turks & Caicos carries an extra layer the others don't yet have: 119 geolocated venues — restaurants, dive shops, marinas, attractions — with precomputed distances, so an assistant gets distance right. Ask about a dive shop and it tells you Dive Provo is a mile from Grace Bay, while the Grand Turk shops are 70+ miles away on another island. Most tools miss that.

Where this goes

The record is the product.

Origin, measured. Every field traces to where it came from — which source page, on which date, parsed how. A rate is marked as advertised, not quoted. A licence is marked unit-level or building-level. The claim carries its own depth.
A history that accrues. A property's record is worth more in year three than on day one, because nobody can hand you the years you didn't keep. The RIN is what makes that history additive instead of scattered across platforms.
Memory that brings people back. A trip page belongs to the traveler, not the platform — so a returning guest's AI picks up where the last one left off, remembering where they stayed and dove and ate.
